Roy Pedro is a co-founder and principal at PM Design Group. He serves as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Roy has always been an entrepreneur at heart. Recognizing there was an opportunity in 2009, during the Great Recession, he partnered with Ken McCracken to start PM Design Group.
Roy has over 30 years of experience bringing exceptional results to clients. Prior to starting the company, he worked with partners in a wide variety of industries on a range of projects from schools to large commercial program rollouts.
Roy’s straightforward and thoughtful leadership benefits both clients and employees. Early in his career, Roy recognized the value of partnership with clients and collaboration with the team to hone problem-solving skills. He has infused PM Design’s culture with his passion for building meaningful relationships with clients. Roy also fosters problem-solving acumen and a collaborative environment. These values provide a lasting connection with clients and a place where employees can grow and learn new skills.
Roy is a registered architect, a Certified Combination Plans Examiner, a Combination Building Inspector, and a member of the International Code Council.
