Duncan has over 30 years of experience in site design, entitlements, building design, and project management for high-volume programs. His team works with clients in the convenience store and fuel, retail, and restaurant industries. Both Duncan and his team thrive on moving high-volume programs to the finish line.
Duncan has implemented custom project management systems to increase efficiency and communications within the company and with our clients.
Duncan is a LEED Accredited Professional and he holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington, and a Certificate in Drafting from Lake Washington Technical College.
