We helped Cliffhaven Development with two sites: Santa Ana and San Bernardino.
Santa Ana site
Cliffhaven Development turned to us to get their stalled project moving forward again. The scope included a 3,500 square foot shell building and a remodel of an existing 1,700 square foot building. We took over the one-acre site project, completing the work on budget and schedule. Work started in January 2018, and they opened the building in October 2019.
San Bernardino site
The San Bernardino site was a small shell building. Half is a Starbucks and the other half was leased. The site was completed in the spring of 2020.
