We partnered with Comerica Bank to assist in their refurbishment and relocation program in Arizona and California. These locations were generally in their 10th year of use and in need of finish enhancements, infrastructure repairs, and technology upgrades. Most relocation sites were a grey or vanilla shell, which required a complete build-out. On refurbishment projects, we worked to resolve issues with the interior layout of the bank and helped to ensure the flow of customers throughout the space. Technology upgrades involved working closely with the Comerica IT and security teams. With multiple office locations, we were able to provide expedited permit services and a quick turnaround for site visitation. Comerica appreciated our responsiveness, flexibility, expertise, communication, and cost-effective approach.
