As part of CST Brands' growth efforts, we completed 35 CST Corner Store and fuel canopy ground-up and remodel projects. We coordinated and assisted in negotiation with the client and the developer on-site procurement. We maintained the prototype site and building design, ensuring the integrity of our client’s brand. Our team coordinated project entitlements, submittals, and approvals, navigating the jurisdictional requirements of each site. We also handled the construction administration to see projects through to completion.
