We have partnered with H&M on ten stores. The biggest store, a 43,000 square foot, two-story store, included all the same components of a flagship store. With intimate knowledge of the H&M prototype, we managed the project and outside consultants to provide architectural and engineering services for this project, including permitting. Our team mobilized under a tight time frame and successfully moved the project to completion. Construction on the Irvine store was complete in just over three months.
