We partner with longtime client, Albertsons Companies, on programs for both the Albertsons and Safeway branded stores. Safeway initiatives include new ground-up stores, remodels (interior and exterior), ADA upgrades, and the addition of fuel in several regions.
Remodel programs have included Starbucks kiosks, restroom remodels, changes to department and floor layouts. Most recently, we worked on the new e-commerce storage and pickup areas, called Drive-up and Go, to adapt to changes in consumer habits. To make room for the e-commerce program, changes to departments and floor layouts were required.
