Summary

Rolling out a new initiative or program requires managing many details and locations under tight timelines. We partnered with our worldwide coffee restaurant client, to successfully manage rollout of several new initiatives over the last seven years. New initiatives have ranged from new equipment, remodeling, new equipment test fits, and more. We streamlined the process allowing our client to deliver each initiative on time, helping them not only improve the process, but the quality of their data as well:

  • Project management: We created a seamless process from creation of as-built drawings through design implementation, client layout approvals, permit acquisition, and construction management support.
  • Visibility into status: Using our cloud-based tracking system we manage all projects and locations. Our client was able to see the status of all projects at any time from a custom dashboard.
  • Additional insight: We use the latest 3D laser and 360-degree photo technology. Our client did not have up-to-date data on each location. Where needed, we provided a 360-degree photo tour of each location in addition to as-built drawings so they could see exactly what was at each location.
  • Scale: Our nationwide team of specialists cover high-volume needs. Over the course of these initiatives, we surveyed 20,000+ stores in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Efficiency: Our experienced team of surveyors quickly and efficiently scan sites. The scan creates a point cloud, or 3D map, that’s used to create as-built drawings. We can provide AutoCAD or Revit files.
  • Permit acquisition: We work with hundreds of municipalities nationwide. Our client relied on us to quickly move projects through the process.

We provided a seamless process from the as-built drawing phase all the way to the construction management phase.
