In 2016, O’Reilly Auto Parts was expanding its footprint. As part of its growth program, we provided services on more than 30 tenant improvement projects, 22 ground-up projects, and five maintenance projects. The expansion into new states tested the prototype and our team as stewards of the brand. Our knowledgeable team was able to work with local jurisdictions to meet their requirements and maintain the O’Reilly Auto Parts brand.
