We worked with Sports Authority on 16 full-store remodels ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 square feet and eight smaller urban concept stores ranging from 9,600 to 16,000 square feet. Several factors can chip away at maintaining a brand. We encountered a couple on these projects: jurisdictional requirements and irregularly shaped buildings. Our team was able to address both factors and maintain our client's brand and traffic flow in all instances.
